On the evening of the 9th September 2023, I was rather excited to have bought VENOM’s The Book Of Armageddon on CD. Actually, it was the USA longbox version, something I must admit I did not know existed.
Paid a good but fair price for it, but added VAT of $18 and shipping costs of $19 meant the total price was not cheap….
…. waited a couple of weeks, then got a notification that the longbox had been shipped, but for some unknown reason it was returned? WT actual F???
Contacted the person who sold it, and he had been notified by the USA postal system that the longbox was in their possession, but it would be returned to sender sometime in the future. Many MANY more e-mail exchanges between US post, the seller and myself followed…. But to cut a long(box) story short: 7 months after the original purchase, at last Mr Postman delivered The Book Of Armageddon longbox - phew!
